Your order will be shipped to you fully insured. We urge all customers to inspect your package for damage or tampering before receiving or signing for receipt.

Order Processing:
If you place your order before the cutoff time of 1pm EST. on a regular business day (Monday through Friday), your order will begin processing that day. If you place an order on a holiday, Saturday or Sunday or after the 1pm cutoff time on a business day, your order will begin processing the following business day.

All of our entrance mats are made to order. Once your order has been processed, it will ship out within 2-4 business days. Custom mats may take up to 2 weeks to ship.

Shipping to an Alternative Address:
If you will not be home to sign for your order, we can ship your order to your place of work, or another more convenient destination. Simple modify the shipping address during checkout if it is different than your home billing address and we'll be able to make sure that UPS delivers your product where you need it.

Delivery Details:
Your order delivery price is determined by the weight of your order. We use UPS delivery to ensure that you not only will receive your product in great hands but also that a tracking number will be available in case your purchase is delayed or missing.

International Shipping;
Industry Basics currently only ships to the United States and APO and FPO addresses. We are unable to ship to International destinations at this time.
